In a bid to enhance the efforts of Sanusi Lamido, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in restoring sanity in the banking industry, the Nigerian President has nominated Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu, a risk management expert, as new Deputy Governor of the CBN.

Emeka Wogu was recently appointed Minister of Labour and Productivity for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Homecoming
Alexander Nkwere Iheke recently visited Eziama High School and was welcomed by the Principal of Eziama Junior High School Chief G. O. C. Nnamdi who is also an alumni and Chief Eke O. Onyeforo Principal (Senior).

Kidnaped
Cherechi Nworgu who is an Alumni of EHS was recently abducted by kidnapers in Aba, he has since regained freedom unhamed .

Inter-House Sports
The 2010 Inter-House Sports Competition was held Thursday March 18, 2010 at the Eziama High School Play Ground.
